The Citadel: Ross Centre for Dance is home to the Mimi Herrndorf Studio Theatre and serves as the main presentation venue for Citadel LIVE.
Our Box Office and Front of House staff are hired to serve your in-person needs and are pleased to assist you with any requests.
Box Office hours fluctuate depending on programming. Our Box Office officially opens at 4PM on days in which programming is scheduled (or 4 hours in advance of a performance). Doors to The Citadel officially open at 7PM (or 1 hour in advance of a performance).
At any other time, our administrative staff is available to support you between the hours of 10AM – 4PM, Monday to Friday, and will respond to your inquiry within 1-business day.

Purchasing
Tickets can be purchased online, by phone, or in-person at the box office. Patrons are encouraged to book tickets in advance to ensure availability.
Online purchases can be made by following the “Get Tickets” link on the corresponding show’s Event Page. Purchases are processed through C+C’s ticketing platform provider, Tickit.
In-person purchases may be made one (1) hour in advance of the performance, depending on availability.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Online and phone purchases require a valid credit card.
Discounts + Promotions
We offer a limited number of discounted tickets for Artists, Students and Seniors. Please note that these discounts are not available for all shows, and prices vary based on each event.

Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds are permitted unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
If you would like to exchange your ticket, please email boxoffice@citadelcie.com or call 416-364-8011 Ext. 1. Requests will be approved at the discretion of C+C, as well as any producing partners. No refunds or exchanges will be granted within 48 hours of the event start time.
Waitlists
In the event a performance is sold-out you may contact us at boxoffice@citadelcie.com or 416-364-8011 Ext. 1 to have your name added to the waitlist.
If a ticket becomes available before 4PM on the day of the performance, we will contact you directly to secure you seat. Otherwise, we invite you to take your chance at the door. Please arrive 30 minutes in advance of showtime to retain your place on our waitlist. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Arrival + Entry
Patrons are encouraged to arrive at least 15-30 minutes before the scheduled show time.
Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, if permitted.
Seating
Seating is General Admission unless otherwise specified. Patrons are encouraged to arrive early to secure preferred seating.
Special seating arrangements and other accommodations can be made for patrons with accessibility needs. Please contact boxoffice@citadelcie.com in advance to discuss your requirements.
Accessibility
We are committed to providing accessible services for all patrons. Both the theatre and lower studio (often used for post-show receptions) are accessible via a two-person elevator and operated with the assistance of staff. An accessible washroom is located in the lobby.
Theatre Etiquette
We kindly ask you to silence or turn off mobile devices during the performance out of respect for the performers and fellow audience members.
No photos or video may be taken during the performance.
You are invited to take photos or video during the curtain call. If sharing, please tag us (@citadelcie_) and the performers and let others know you enjoyed the show!
We are pleased to offer a selection of light snacks and drinks for purchase before and after the shows. Drinks are permitted in the theatre, unless otherwise specified.
GETTING HERE
Location
The Citadel: Ross Centre for Dance is located at 304 Parliament Street, just south of Dundas Street East, and is served by the 505 Dundas Streetcar (travelling East/West) and the 65 Parliament Bus (travelling North/South).
Parking
Street parking is available on Parliament Street, with additional underground parking available via FreshCo at Dundas & Parliament (garage access off Regent Street).
Outside Venues
This season, two programs will be presented at outside venues:
Sex Dalmatian’s Hot Holiday Spectacular, Winchester Street Theatre (80 Winchester Street).
Nuit at Ada Slaight Hall @ Daniels Spectrum (585 Dundas Street East).
