Sid Ryan Eilers (they/them) is a choreographer, playwright, and performer whose work bridges dance, theatre, and interdisciplinary performance. Based in Toronto, their practice spans 25 years across Canada, Europe, and New York, creating physically rigorous, emotionally charged work that resists categorization.

Eilers creates performance where the body is honored as a site of memory, transformation, and disruption. Their work moves between intimacy and scale, weaving gesture, text, and image into compositions that are both visceral and precise.
They are the founder and Artistic Director of EILERS Dance Theatre. Their repertoire includes Kiss The Stormy Sky (touring nationally), Boy Q (residency, Linz 2025), Fancy Cat (2026 premiere), and Dangerous Vacancies (2027 premiere).

Based in Toronto and touring nationally, the company reflects Eilers’ 25 years of work across dance, theatre, and text-based creation.
