A true inspiration, Jean was a woman who lived her life with the welfare of others foremost on her mind.  She inspired those who knew her by her actions and involvement in volunteer work that made a difference to so many.

Jean was instrumental in helping set up a charity store for the Aphasia Centre of North York, increasing its public profile and donations.  She enthusiastically delivered Meals on Wheels, and was an important part of her church for over forty-seven years, serving on many committees.  In addition to giving hours of her time to others, Jean worked as a head nurse at The Shouldice Clinic in Thornhill, and balanced all of this with the care of her husband Ron and four children.

A remarkable woman in every way, she taught her children the importance of family and the responsibility of giving to others. These values Jean instilled in her son, Craig Soper, general contractor of the renovation of the Citadel, played a crucial role in the completion of our renovation project. So it is with deep gratitude that Coleman Lemieux & Compagnie is dedicating this studio to her memory.
