We are Citadel + Compagnie, and we present dance performances at our venue and online.

There are five ways in which you may deliberately share personal information with us.

  1. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name and email address and use Mailchimp to store them and send you emails.
  2. If you purchase tickets to a live event, we collect your email address, name, phone number, and billing & shipping addresses. We use Eventbrite to store and process this information. We do not store or access your credit card information (although Eventbrite may).
  3. If you purchase tickets to an onscreen event, we collect your email address, name, and billing address. We use InPlayer to store and process this information. We do not store or access your credit card information (although InPlayer may).
  4. If you make a donation using Canada Helps, we collect your email address, name, and billing address (if you choose to provide). We do not store or access your credit card information (although Canada Helps may).
  5. If you’re an artist applying for Night Shift or other opportunities, we collect (at least) your email address.

There are two ways we collect personal information without you explicitly sharing it.

  1. We use Google Analytics to track visits to our website and understand the behaviour of visitors. Google Analytics collects your IP address, pages you visit on our site, frequency of visits to our site, the site you were on before visiting our site, the duration of visit, length of videos watched, demographic information, and location. We do not combine Google Analytics’ information with any other sources of personal information.
  2. We use Mailchimp to send email newsletters. Mailchimp measures how often recipients open our emails and when they click links within an email.

We store this personal data indefinitely.

We do not sell or share your personal data (including email) with any other companies.
