A double bill featuring new works by two inspiring emerging artists. Storytelling through movement, Indigenous hip hop and freestyle dancers Kean Buffalo and River Waterhen weave dance and music to share their passion for dance and bring joy, hope and light to others.

Kean Buffalo is an Indigenous hip hop and freestyle dancer from Ermineskin Cree Nation (Maskwasic, Alberta). He loves to share the expression of dance and believes in inspiring youth to reach for their goals and follow a better path. Kean loves to dance every day and has been dancing for the last 10 years.
Choreographer / Performer
River Waterhen is an Indigenous Cree dancer from Island Lake Cree Nation (Saskatchewan) Treaty 6. His specialty is freestyle dance. River began dancing at the age of 6 and is now based in Toronto living his dream as a dancer.
